If members pay before their membership expire, PayPlans appears to apply a 12 month length of membership correctly, extending from the expiration date NOT the payment date. However, if a member pays after expiration, PayPlans appears to apply the 12 months from the date of payment when versus the expiration date.

If the system can work correctly for early payers -- there may be a way for it to work for late payers, I would think.

Is this possible?

The current set up causes loss of fees due to late payers.
Hey Anthony,

Is it you want start from expiry date if the user pay after expires?

If yes, it seems like that is not make sense, imagine if my current subscription plan (1 year period) already expired last 2 year (2017-01-01), if I renew my current subscription after 2 year which is today (2019-01-04), mean i need to renew 3 times then only can get active my license?

Keep us update if i understand wrongly with your current question.
