I have tried three browsers with 0 cache and am still seeing it

The way to reproduce is it as follows

Go to http://vghl.myvirtualgaming.com
Log in
Click Leagues / VGNHL National League / Scores & Schedules
Click on the word "stats" on any game that does not have a score yet, for example anything in the week Wednesday 12th April 2017 @ 9:30pm
You'll then see it.

It is only showing for logged in account

Can I know which custom extension is this? If this page is rendering the custom extension, I don't think the word "stackideas.com" is coming from EasySocial because when Joomla renders an extension, it only displays the extension solely unless there are some sort of modules on that page.

Also, could you please edit your post and include the ftp access please?

This is happening in a random block on one of my custom pages and it has only started since I updated ES and PSN file. You can see that the string "stackideas.com" is randomly appearing within my content block.
