Can you guys try to download this "StackIdeas App Store Updater" plugin from
https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3465-stackideas-app-store-updater then install this plugin from your site backend.

After you installed, remember to activate this plugin "Installer - StackIdeas" before you update the Toolbar module through the backend Joomla update page.

If you are still unable to manage to update the toolbar module through the Joomla update page, you can manually download this toolbar module from our app store https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3466-stackideas-toolbar .
