Hi,

Good afternoon,
I've recently installed a SSL certificate and changed the overall Joomla settings to force ssl on the entire site
(Global configuration --> server tab --> force ssl)

I was wondering if I need to do anything else besides this action. Do I also need to make adjustments to the htaccess file or the configuration.php file? I read in some posts that you need to add a rewrite code, but I guess this is only necessary if you have ssl on part of your site.
Also within the products Easysocial, Easydiscuss etc... you don't have to adjust any settings, right?

If I visit my site the ssl seems to work ok, the URL automatically changes into https://... and the certificate is displayed correctly.

I just want to make sure, I've set it up correctly.

Thanks in advance.
Hello Danny,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Yes, what you did that was correct.
Because once you configured from your backend > Global configuration --> server tab --> force ssl which mean that all the pages is show https.
