Speed up website: clean #_social_badges_history database table?

Hello. I'm still looking for the way to speed up website.

At the moment on site 5 373 269 lines and 211 Mb of #_social_badges_history.

What will be happened if I clean it? Users will lose their badges? I don't want it.

Or only at dashboard (timeline) will be deleted posts about "user get badge ****"?

Should I clean it?

Will be site works faster after it?

Deleting records in #__social_badges_history will affect the frequency of users getting the new badges. E.g. If a badge require upload photos for 5 times and user already did the action for 4 times, if you remove the users records from this table, this will reset the frequency to 0 and user need to re-upload photos again.

However, deleting the records from this table will not affect the badges that users already earned.
