403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

Regarding with your language issue, it seems like you download the Easyblog Spanish language package file instead of Easydiscuss.
I have help you install the correct language package, it work fine now.

Regarding with your installation issue :
I have help you installed Easysocial in your site.
And help you integrated Easydiscuss avatar to Easysocial.
