I am a local business in the Tampa, Florida, in the past 3 weeks i have been getting email requests for registeration like this on the bottom

my questions is: is there anyway to block those spams? or even block the request of registeration?

i have installed the JFBConnect component and if there is anyway to block regsiteration in easy blog and make regsiteration through only JFBconnect?

Hello administrator,

A new user has registered at Computer Repair Franchise | Apple Repair Franchise.
The user has verified his email, and requests that you approve his account.
This email contains their details:

Name : Rosemarie Wild

You can activate the user by clicking on the link below:

Hello Ahmed,

When a person registers on the site, regardless if they click the "Register" link within EasyBlog or a module, they are actually being routed via Joomla's registration page. You can opt for 3rd party anti spam plugins from http://extensions.joomla.org so that these plugins would then mitigate these spam registrations.
