How can I fix that?
For members not to be spammed?

Do you have Akismet or Cleantalk app installed on the site? If you have any of these apps installed, chances are, they are being throttled for sending messages to quickly or their content has been flagged as spam.

Hello Mark,
Actually I use cleantalk, I disabled it and it works.
I think it's related to the amount of messages sent.
I will try to find out how cleantalk works to know if it is possible to change the limits.

Hey Eric,

Yes, I believe Cleantalk has throttling and this is probably why it is rejecting the user's messages as they are most likely sending messages in a "spammy interval".

I guess what can be done is to turn off the anti spam filtering for conversations in the clean talk app
