I'm not sure what you mean by 'looks not good and no query that icon'. Can you explain more on this?

If you want to change the default audio cover, you can place the override at the following location(create directory and file if it does not exist):
JoomlaFolder/templates/current_template/html/com_easysocial/defaults/audios/cover.png
