Hi everyone,

I discovered a minor problem regarding the "sort by most likes" option in Komento:
1) Sorting option appears in the frontend although I've disabled likes in the general options - this makes no sense as there should be nothing to sort by.
2) Translation does not work for the "Most likes" term (is still in english although everything else is in german as expected in my case - screenshot attached). This may be related to this ticket:

Best regards,
Sebastian
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

1) Sorting option appears in the frontend although I've disabled likes in the general options - this makes no sense as there should be nothing to sort by.

Thanks for reported, can you try download my attached file then replace into this file location and see how it goes?

JoomlaFolder/components/com_komento/themes/wireframe/structure/default.php

2) Translation does not work for the "Most likes" term (is still in english although everything else is in german as expected in my case - screenshot attached). This may be related to this ticket:

From what I checked, it seems like German translation is not translate complete yet.
If you really want to make it translate to German language, for now you need to edit on this file JoomlaFolder/language/de-DE/de-DE.com_komento.ini

Find for this language constant line :

; COM_KT_SORT_MOST_LIKES="Most Likes"

Replace to

COM_KT_SORT_MOST_LIKES="Die meisten Likes"

Hi Arlex,

no need to be sorry, I don't expect you to work during the weekend. That's why I gave the ticket low priority. Your default.php removes the "Most Likes" as expected, thank you very much! Is this fix going to be incorporated into future releases or will I need to replace the file manually after an update?

Best regards,
Sebastian

You're most welcome, thanks for understanding.

We will include this fix in next release version as well so you do not need to replace this file manually again in the future.
