Wish 1)Can we include "Sort Bloggers by Team Blog" like Sort by Featured or Sort by Last Blogger

Wish 2) I really like how Team bloggers page looks like but in my case it bit awkward as no member has uploaded there avatar

Is it possible to get the names underneath the teamblogger profile picture other than mouseover?

or

Search by Teamblog? If you dont mind can we do it by editing view.html.php now?
