It looks like the version of EasyDiscuss that is installed is running on an older version. Is it possible for me to upgrade EasyDiscuss to the latest version for your site?

After spending the entire day debugging this, the problem is due to your plugin "System - YT". This plugin is actually removing those head tags that we added via Joomla's API. I am not really sure why the plugin is doing this but I have commented out the codes in /plugins/system/yt.php and commented out the codes at line 39 - 64. You should check with the developer of the plugin to look into this.

It's always a very bad practice to hack the head tags in Joomla. It always causes unexpected results like this and debugging this will be extremely difficult. They should never have done this!
