Something is wrong with language files

Hello I have noticed something weird with payplans language strings in joomla backend.
How to replicate this:
1. login in joomla backend
2. Go to components and move mouse over Payplans to see submenus
Result: menus are shown properly
3. Open Extensions / Manage joomla menu
4. Open dropdown on Components
5. Move mouse untill payplans sub menu is shown
Result: you will see language strings insted of translation

Second part od the issue is related with ordering.
When you click on subscribe and payplans window is open, leave it open and do not click on anything or move your mouse for few minutes.
After few minutes have been pasted and you havent clicked anywhere on subscription order window, refresh window and you will see that one language string is showing language string instead of translation. I was able to invoke this error every time both on localhost and live website.

It seems that i am able to replicate this issue locally. I've logged this issue into our issue tracker and will include it in our upcoming release.

related to the second issue I am able to replicate it randomly both on localhost with clean joomla installation and on live website but there is no error displayed of any kind so it is tricky one.
But here is a sugestion.
I am gonna wait for you to put out new version of payplans and see if this happens again.
If it happens after you fix language files not being loaded on backend than I will create video for it and try to catch the patern of this error showing.

As this issue is coming for on local-end only. I've tried the same to replicate but didn't hit any issue related to this.

Is it possible for you to create development/test site of your local, so we will check this issue. Not sure that this issue is related language file loading issue as on your live you are not getting this error.
