Hi,

Some of the videos are not playing in Firefox on a desktop, the video is saying the video format is not supported or server or network failed. I'm also getting feedback saying some of my videos aren't loading. I use the same mp4 format and upload in the same fashion but only some videos aren't playing, any ideas on how to fix.
Hey Steve,

May I know which particular post is this? Can you please provide me with the link to the page?

This is one I am sure does not work in Firefox, but people are saying several don't work, so I'm not sure what browser they are using and what pages they are viewing.

Thanks Mark

Hey Steve,

Hm, it seems to be related to the cache_bust in the query string of the video. This was needed to be able to play the video correctly on mobile devices.

Could you try viewing that post again and see if it plays for you now?

Hi Steve,

Hm, for some reason Firefox detecting that the uploaded video is using '3gp' format instead of 'mp4', http://take.ms/SqE71 and Firefox is not able to play this video format in HTML video tag. Refer to this link here for more info, https://stackoverflow.com/questions/34359441/mp4-video-not-playing-on-firefox-in-the-video-tag-plays-if-directly-opened/34360720#34360720 .

Unfortunately the only workaround currently is to properly format your video to a proper .mp4 format and re-upload the video again to your site.
