Even though I have ranking enabled and the rankings start at 0, there are some users who have posted on the forums that display 'no ranking'

Some show up in the 'Users' in the control panel dashboard and others don't appear at all - just the message COM_EASYDISCUSS_NO_USERS_YET (see screenshot)

There are also less user numbers showing for EasyDiscuss than there are for EasySocial.

Any ideas please?
Hi Peter,
Can you try asking the user to post something and see if the ranking for that user is updated? I believe changing the rank property in the backend does not automatically change the user's rank until they perform an action that triggers the rank calculation.

For searching a user, try searching by the name instead. The user page in ED does not perform searches by username(http://take.ms/ZBnm8).

What about the difference in user numbers between ED and ES, is that connected?

Hey Peter,

The different is Easydiscuss user listing page only show all active user, mean those user get blocked from admin, it will not show on the Easydiscuss user listing page.

And I realised the current search engine from the Easydiscuss user listing page, it only available to match user full name instead of username, if you search this keyword 'Norman' on Easydiscuss user listing page, it will show the result.

By the way, I will log this issue on our issue tracker, by right it should allow admin to search fullname or username from the user listing page.
