Thanks for updating me on this. I tried to create 2 events and they both seems to work fine. Perhaps if you can help me to monitor and let me know if there are any new events that has a higher id than 6107 which doesn't have permalink

those events i entered in the backend and it is reproduceable.

I've replicate this issue, it seems there is a bug if there is no permalink field in the backend.
I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developer will take an action for this.
