Some stream items has wrong Reaction statistic

Hello.
1) navigate to stream
2) find item with few reaction
3) press on reaction to see who reacted to item
Result: Sometimes reaction statistic doesn't display some users or some reactions.

For the incorrect count issue, I am able to reproduce it locally. Will log this in our tracker.
