Also about the name do you mean the Author name? As for the comments we actually do not have rating for comments. Hope this helps.

Thank you this appears to have sorted out part of the problem.

I am dealing with authorship.

Another error I am getting is as follows:-

Error: No rich snippet will be generated for this data, because it appears to include multiple aggregate reviews of many items, instead of a single aggregate review of one item

Hm, this is odd because I remember fixing this in one of the later versions. Can you please provide me with the link to the page so that I can run some tests with the authorship testing tool?

I've turned ratings off and this fixes things, but ideally would like them on.
