1. Can i add in the toolbar an icon/option for accesing groups directly from the toolbar ? Like the conversations/friend request icon but accesing to the groups or groups categories that the user want or a dropdown menu only for groups/events.
If I understand you correctly you want to customize the EasySocial toolbar isn't? I believe you can hack the code in this file: .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php.

2. Is there any option to change the aspect of easysocial ? Like customize the style of the profile, events, groups.
I am sorry, may I know what you trying to achieved here? Can you please explain more so that we can understand you well.

3. When i tried to search users that not my friends i see that the option take me to a page to see all the user but there isnt an option to search users by age, hobbies or something like that ?
