EasyBlog - Navigation Button Module:
When I install Easyblog 5.21, I can't hide the title.
That was known issue with Vanilla template, we will push this Vanilla next version as soon as possible.

Can you try download my attached zip file and follow my instruction how to apply those patch files into your site and see how it goes.

1. Extract the zip file
2. This folder `easyblog_navigation` inside the `default.php` file replace into JoomlaFolder/modules/mod_easyblog_navigation/tmpl/default.php

3. This folder `easyblog_navigation_button` inside the `default.php` file replace into JoomlaFolder/modules/mod_easyblog_navigation_button/tmpl/default.php

4. And the rest of the files replace into following file location.
JoomlaFolder/templates/vanilla/css/template.css
JoomlaFolder/templates/vanilla/css/presets/preset3.css
JoomlaFolder/templates/vanilla/less/modules.less
JoomlaFolder/templates/vanilla/less/easyblog/presets.less
JoomlaFolder/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easyblog.ini

5. Temporary disable all those cache system from your site (Global configuration or plugin area)

6. Disable `Compression CSS` and `Compression Javascript` setting from the Vanilla template (backend > extension > template > edit Vanilla template)

7. Enable `Compile LESS to CSS` setting

8. Go to blog listing page refresh a few time, when you saw the styling return to normal, you can disable this `Compile LESS to CSS` setting from the template.

9. Enable back those cache system on your site and those compression setting from the template.
