I have cdn enable on my site and most of my js files are compressed except these js files from the registered form in the module in the frontpage. is there a way to compress these files?

Unfortunately we do not compress these files because they are pretty dynamic. However, they are loaded asynchronously and the file size for each of these items are relatively small, so you really shouldn't need to worry about this
