Hi there,

I can't figure out how to proceed further

when using toggle the form the form disappears but when clicking on the button nothing happens (it's linked to: javascript:void(0); ) same when clicking on conditions which I think should be shown then.

I also don't see any possibility to reply on comments although I enabled function in k2/layouts/comments

I also got doubled content there.

Please have a look at:

Thanks for your advice.
Hi,

It seems like there is a conflict between the template's javascript compression and Komento's script. I've disabled the template's javascript compression and it is working properly now.

Hello Dr. Sandra Eversberg,

I have tried to access in your FTP, it seems like you provided that login credential is not working

Response: 530 Zugriff fuer web2 wurde verweigert
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

We also needed with your Joomla backend access as well so we can help you check is it some plugin conflict? Please advise.

As for the "reply" button issue, remember to go to Komento -> ACL to set it up as well.

Hello Dr. Sandra Eversberg,

Sorry for late reply to this,
You can configure as Jason mentioned that in previous reply from your backend > Komento > ACL > K2 > Select which user group you would like to give the permission to user to reply comment > Reply Comments - Enable , see my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/LH75CowMa3g
Hope this help.
