Thanks.

Actually im testing the EB5 in a staging site.. it works great but with this testing im answered to my self some of my question, so i shared with all the people in here:

EB5 is functional with rocksprocket and gantry rockettheme? ANSWER: Not For the moment

Is compatible with Payplans (from readybites) and their easyblog integration app? ANSWER: Do not know yet, but i asume that the answer is no because it is to early for this.

Is there a translated version? Yes! and it works like Easyblog Translation feature. Obviously is to early too for a good percentage of this translations for some languages.

Can i upgrade from my version 3.9? ANSWER: Yes! And the installation works like easysocial installation too, which is great too.

BUGS:
Firstable i like to tell that this improvement of EasyBlog is outstanding and has a remarcable good start. Now, i found some bugs that is important to notify the Stackideas Team or that they can answer in case i was doing something wrong.

The default joomla editor it seems to have has some problem with the light box for edition that appears when you want to create or edit an entry. The buttons doesn´t work. If, for some crazy and ridiculous reason somebody wants to use this editor instead of the EasyBlog Composer actually, it doesn´t allow them to use the edition tools properly. I tested using Chrome and Mozilla. On the other hand, the EB5 composer editor tool is so amazing, and in fact i actually saved a new template with my own requirements!!

IDEA OF FEATURE:
With this template option for posting design it would help if, when you are creating a new template form scratch, you could save a group of blocks you created in order to use it just selecting this group of block. This could be usefull when for example you are creating a template with similar estructures or repeating some blocks like you guys designed the videos template.

Another thing is that the blocks can be delete it more easily allowing to deleteit like actually you can doit when you create some custom field for registration in EasySocial, where you can delete a field just pointing the mouse above the field and then appeard the button to delete it.

I hope somebody of the team can read this and give some inputs of my comments here.
Thanks!!!
HI Fabian Mendoza,

Yes, you're right. We already contacted Rockettheme and reported to them about this issues and they are apparently working on a fix for their roksprocket.

Sound like that was an issues, is it possible guide us some hint how to reproduce this? Example: about the light box for edition.
So that we can test it on our locally regarding this issues.

You suggestion is very useful, perhaps you can submit this feature in our voice page -> http://stackideas.com/voices/easyblog so that our developer can go through all the feature request and see if we can implement this in the future version.

Hi Arlex,

Did you know if Rockettheme fix the compatibility with EB5 already?

About the issue with the editor, i don´t what else say abou that, i think i said it all.. You just need to use de joomla default editor and try tu use the tools for edit the entry.. tools like font, or format for example. try to do click on that and youll see that is not working properly.. well at least thats what happend to me.

I already publish the feature sugestion properly hope they can consider it.

Regarding the above, most likely it was caused by come css styling conflict with your Joomla template. Can you pass me your Joomla backend admin access and your FTP account so that we can investigate further on this matter?

Please advise.

Hi support

We are new in stackideas products and we are planning to incorporate EasyBlog, EasySocial and EasyDiscuss in our websites. Having in mind that these 3 extensions will be our basic website extensions, we are looking for joomla compatible templates, as this is crucial. We checked your forums and it seems that other people faced the same problem. Do you have any suggestions on where to check for compatible templates?

Hello Phivos.

Meanwhile Support answers your question ill give you my perspective about this.

I think is better to wait that Rockettheme update rocksprocket which may not take much time. if you have a rockettheme template you can ask them to update his extensions as many of us are doing.

On the other hand our guys on Stackideas could give us some advices to know good extensions or plugins that has the same good performance as the Rockettheme products.

Regards.

Yes, because we just released Easyblog 5 at last 3 week, I believe other template provider haven't update this yet.
But you can consult with Rockettheme or JoomlaShine regarding this update status.

Also you can take a look of our template partnership here : http://stackideas.com/partners
Hope this will help.

By the way, Thanks for sharing Fabian Mendoza too.
