Hello,

1. I am setting up EasySocial on my site and when I choose Mini registration it still shows a Full Registration - am I missing a setting.

http://techlick.com/index.php/community/registration/steps/1

I am searching for the tutorials but I cannot seem to locate them for EasySocial - I have looked but could not find them. My apologies.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Milo
Hello Milo,

Yes the language string is in the language file. You can find it from your /language/en-Gb/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini and find the following string:
COM_EASYSOCIAL_LOGIN_NO_ACCOUNT="Don't have an account?"
// replace it with
COM_EASYSOCIAL_LOGIN_NO_ACCOUNT=""

Hope these help

Hi Milo,

Sorry for late reply to this,

it seems like you missing 1 step for create a Facebook app from your Facebook (screenshot : http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-05-12_0300.png ). Try take a look of this documentation -> http://docs.easysocial.io/administrators/configuration/facebook

If you still have the issues with this Facebook app setup, you can provide us with your Facebook access so we can help you configure with this.

Regarding with your mini registration issues, you have to configure with your custom field display on mini registration page from your backend > easysocial > profile type > select your profile type > custom field > check my screenshot below .

Hope this help.

Hello Arlex,

Thank you so much for your answer. Could you help me with something else?

I am trying to locate the hover color for the toolbar layout - I am trying to change it to a lighter color. Could you help?

Also could I ask you how do I just have the login and registration screen instead of all the other info underneath? (see attachments please)

Thank you again for your time.

Kind Regards,
Milo

Hello Milo

Regarding your first question, Can you try using this css override code. Please put it in your current Joomla template and see if this resolves your issue? Change the background value with the color you like to change.

#ezblog-menu .blog-navi li.toolbar-item > a:hover, #ezblog-menu .blog-navi li.toolbar-item > a:focus {
background: #333;
}

Regarding your second question, Can you provide us with your FTP access?

Regarding your third question, You can remove this in Components > EasySocial > Settings > General, Click Yes at Enable lockdown mode. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-05-12_1051.png

Hello Izzan,

It is fixed - thank you for your time Izzan!

Is the "Don't have an account? Register now to join our community" in a language file? Since I would like to remove the first line.

Regards,
Milo
