Maybe you can try to 'Regenerate My Access Token and Token Secret ' on your twitter applications and revoke it again as shown http://take.ms/6tEPbj and see how it goes

If problem still persist, it would be best if you an provide us with your Twitter access credentials for further check on this issues

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

I regenerated both the consumer keys and access token. No help. Added twitter access credentials in first post. Thank you.
