Hi guys,

I'm using Easyblog 3.8.14670 with Joomla 3.1.5 and Yootheme.

I've noticed that on the mobile view the social sharing for Twitter, Linkedin, Google, Facebook etc are removed. The 'Bookmark' social sharing button is still there but the other more popular ones aren't.

Can you please let me know if this is an issue with Easyblog or if this is supposed to be like this?

My blog is mainly read on mobile and people can't share to twitter / facebook or google - a big issue for me.

Thanks and regards.
Hello Tony Zee,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Do you mean that the social button ]disappear on your site when viewing on mobile?
Can you pass us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.

Hi,

We've also just tested further and found that the problem is not on the actual phone but rather an issue with the responsive template. It appears that when you reduce the width of the browser at a certain point the social share icons dissapear.

Hello Tony,

Actually that social button is not support the responsive in current system.
But you can try apply this CSS code in your template css file and configure your social button show in the top position, then is should show out the social button.

#eblog-wrapper.w600 #ezblog-body #socialbutton, #eblog-wrapper.w600 #ezblog-body #socialbutton .socialbutton-vertical {
display: inline-block !important;
}
