Hi I am not sure if this is an EasySocial or Payplans issue so apologies in advance.

I am just testing the Social registration and when it comes to selecting the profile/subscription plan it brings up the Switch profile page (which displays the Super User etc. as an option) instead of the expected Plan page created by Payplans.

I had this issue with the regular registration process which was fixed by Manisha, so does a similar fix need to be applied for this process via the Social registrations?

Kind regards

Mel
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

Actually what Manisha fix for you in your previously ticket already included into the current release version.

So you do not need to replace the file anytime.

I am just testing the Social registration and when it comes to selecting the profile/subscription plan it brings up the Switch profile page (which displays the Super User etc. as an option) instead of the expected Plan page created by Payplans.

May i know is it possible for you record a video or explain to us how to reproduce this issue because I would like to see how you perform this social registration on your site.

By the way, I noticed your existing profile type set this "Single Sign On Registration Type" to "Normal Registration (Manual Login)", can I have the permission to help you switch to "Normal Registration (Automatically Login)"?

By logically system should allow them to login first because they login/register via social network, if they decide do not want to continue the payment, they shouldn't able to access anything on your site even they already login on your site (based on your current setup from Payplans).

What i mean base on the current setup is, for example :

Basic plan - Maybe this plan user only can able to access a few pages on your site.
Premium plan - If they want to access more page, they need to subscribe to this plan.

Hi Arlex,

thanks for responding.

Yes please change any settings you think are incorrect

I see the Profile types in EasySocial is what you mean? Should both fields be set to Automatic (Registration Type and SIngle Registration Type)?

I updated Payplans to latest release yesterday and now I get the error I was getting with normal registration process of:

No valid registration page found for this profile.

Basically I do the following:

1. Click on Twitter, LinkedIn or Facebook (I will use LinkedIn for this)
2. Click on Link my account
3. Now since update yesterday it shows the correct Select a plan page so I select Single Real Estate Agent 'SUbscribe Now'
4. Next on the 'Order Confirmation Screen' I select 'Register For An Account Today' at bottom
5. This produces the error page now of:

No valid registration page found for this profile.

Yesterday prior to update it was going to the page where it allows you to switch profile types (the one that shows all profile types including Super User) so the update and fixes to Payplans has changed something

In addition to the above, there seems to be a pattern with the registration process breaking each time we run Easysocial / Payplans updates (which I have done over the last few days)

Hey Mel,

I am really sorry for the delayed response due to public holiday and weekend.

I just tried to subscribe Single Real Estate Agent plan and clicked on register link, it's redirecting me to correct registration page.
Can you please try again and let me know if still issue persist (if possible for you record a video or explain to us how to reproduce this issue ).

Thank you for understanding !

Hi Mainsha,

apologies for delay.

Nik is doing some custom work which the registration is part of. I will wait until he has finished and then re-test as it may already be fixed as like you, the last attempt I just did went to the correct screen.

Will retest soon as Nik has finished
