Hello!!
Finally I will implement my webpage with EasySocial.
Is a directory and social service so I am checking a good extension to include the directory/reviews part. I am thinking about Jreviews or SobiPro. Any advice for easy and nice combination with EasySocial? In the future, I want to add to the page Easyblog, as I will want other people write blog and news in the webpage.

Of course I will try to do all under Wanderer Theme that looks exciting!
Any advice, any other choice to make the thing I want? The directory/social page will subsist with the small amount of money that every shop/restaurant that appears in the directory will pay and banners, featured functions and etc...

Is possible to do all of this with not too much hard coding?
Thanks in advance for you expert opinion!!!

Best regards,
Emilio
Jreviews have an app for easysocial (and I think Jannik here is a subscriber). Hey Jannik! Give this guy a hand here! Up for you dude!

Hey guys, yeah I use EasySocial, Wanderers and jReviews combined. Works absolutely wonderful! jReviews is the best directory software available right now and has excellent integration.

jReviews is INCREDIBLY flexible, at first it is very overwhelming because it is such a powerful software but once you read the documentation and look at the backend of their demo page, you will quickly understand it.

Also, by your name I guess your native language is spanish? If so, I am happy to inform you that the team at Jreviews speak spanish too. (I also speak spanish if you need help)... although from first impression, it seems your English is great, so that might not be necessary.

Feel free to look at my website (It is still under construction, so ignore the ugly frontpage etc...), anyway the URL is http://statusselect.com feel free to look at where it says Reviews, and write a review and see how it shows up in activity stream (EasySocial)... then look at your profile and see how it shows up there too.

http://demo.reviewsforjoomla.com/ is also a great place to see it in action. Both frontend and backend.

Hola Jannik!
Thank you very much for your fast answer!
Your page looks very professional. I like the idea and how you designed all. I will go on then! I am a little bit scared because I am not super expert on Joomla, but looks with time, hard work and patience is possible.

I suppose I need the Everywhere add-on to connect Jreviews with EasySocial. Is this correct? In the future I will add the GMap extension too but by the moment is impossible to pay all!! :-D

Muchas gracias, I will contact with you for sure to share my adventures on this.
Cheers from Spain!

I think, you can do a directory listing with es and groups too. Maybe the "rating-field", which is on the road map for 1.7, is left. But with this field, subcategories for groups you can do it without jreviews or something like that.

Hi Mike,
Could be interesting... By the moment I am absolutely lost with ES. Do you know where I can find an example of groups used for directory?
Thanks!!

Emilio, the EasySocial integration is part of the regular version. You do not need to buy any extras to get it to work

Maybe we should add a wishlist feature in the forums so that Jannik could create his own wishlist
