Hi Ezrul - many thanks for getting back to me. Don't worry about the delay, you guys are brilliant!
It does seem that your latest test has appeared on my Facebook page, but not linkedin or twitter. I would be really grateful if you could check all the accounts for me.
Please note that my client Robert has asked that for test posts you use one of the items below to protect his credibility

Do you know that 65% of new hires are successful? I've just sent this #first100days white paper to one of our hiring managers, and new starters. The First 100 days in a new position (either as an external hire or an internal move) presents opportunity and threat, both to the manager who has made the hire and to the new starter. In a world which is dynamic and tends to be subject to longer cycles (more process etc), new hires need to get off to a quick start. If 65% of new hires are successful, 35% are not.

What do you think? "Tie" or "No tie". Equally suited or casual cool? In the news today #robertpeston is quoted as saying "I don't need a tie for gravitas" following his interview of #georgeosborne in China #thetimes . In many facets of life, business and politics there exists the need to be seen as being current (otherwise you project an image & point of view which is dated). I think he has it right and that his style is engaging for Gen X & Gen Y types.
