Hello, I notice on some of my forum posts my social media counters go back to zero for all posts around a certain time. How can I retain the social media stats all the time? And why would this be happening. Thank you!

If there is a change in your URL structure, the social counters would eventually get reset. The reason is because these social sites are actually storing the counters based on the URL of your items.
