Hello if I set up the social registration using JBConnect or the easy social tool , how does this affect payplans ? Can I still use it ?

PayPlans will still work normally and the registration behaviour will be depending on the settings from your backend > PayPlans > settings > general > checkout > registration integration, http://take.ms/SH3GC .
