You can add this language string as follow

COM_EASYBLOG_SETTINGS_SOCIALSHARE_USE_REDDIT_BUTTON_DESC="Enable or disable the Reddit button. When enabled, the sharing button will appear on the blog page."

on this path .../administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easyblog.ini
