Currently, those options are used for all layout on the frontpage as you can refer on it descriptions as shown https://screencast.com/t/wB6Odsu5sNP as this will shown on listing, single entry and all layout on your front-end that provide social integration/share on Easyblog. You can do language override on this String "COM_EASYBLOG_SETTINGS_SOCIALSHARE_FACEBOOK_LIKE_FRONTPAGE" or change it translations on this file .../administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easyblog.ini. Please give it a try and see how it goes.
