Social Integration Buttons Not Showing, Not Linked

Last week the full list of Social Integration Buttons was visible at the Bottom of all my blog posts - in this order: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Stumble Upon, Google+, Linked In

But this week I have noticed the Facebook button is gone / missing / disappeared
And the Stumble Upon button is not linked, and the graphic is not formed properly

Can you please help me resolve this problem?
I use the links daily to help share the posts to Stumble Upon
(* I schedule the Facebook status updates)

Sorry for late reply to this,
I have checked in your site, it seems like that Facebook social button script is broken, i have help you temporary select hide Facebook button option from sh404SEF core - Social buttons, then the Facebook social button is appeared now.

I have checked in your Stumble Upon button, it seems like that is link to correct page, check my screenshot below. Am i missing something here?
