For the toolbar, it looks like you are still using the toolbar override theme file from the older version(http://take.ms/6lVVS). You should update the theme file to match the latest file(http://take.ms/4uIqy).

The same goes for your other override files in your template. You have to make sure they are up to date with EasySocial's latest theme files.

I have reviewed and updated the toolbar override templates and the issue is now resolved. I am in the process of reviewing / updating our other override templates.
