Dear sir,

I found that so many junk users registered at my website, is there any way to avoid it? Can I add captcha when they click the submit?

Yes you can. But you need to setup recaptcha on your site first by following this documentations -> https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/hows-to/how-to-enable-plugins-captcha-recaptcha and then, add those Recaptcha field onto your profile types as listed below.
