I have got a RSS feed running using a cronjob which calls in blogs posts from one site into another, however on the site I am calling in the posts too I am receiving an error on the front saying:

SMTP Error! The following recipients failed: karen@brookstonewebandgraphic.co.uk: (http://www.datapathltd.com) [35.208.114.239]:33794 is currently not permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client.

What is causing this and how can I change the recipient email address as I can not find this anywhere?

Thanks
You can try check this domain site "http://www.datapathltd.com" backend > Easyblog > setting > notification > Sender Email Address and see if you have set different email address when you compare with your SMTP setting?

Hello,
The email address is set to info@datapath.co.uk and when checking the SMTP settings in Joomla it is also set to the same email address. So where is recipient address coming from?

Thanks

Can you check this following places and see whether got this email "karen@brookstonewebandgraphic.co.uk" exist :

1. backend > Easyblog > Email activities

2. Backend > Easyblog > subscriptions

If it doesn't exist, can you update this domain site backend http://www.datapathltd.com login and FTP access so we can better have a check?

It appears under Email Activities. I have no active subscription so that section is empty.

I have attached a screenshot of the Email Activities

It would be best if you can turn off that "Send email on page load" setting since you already have setup cronjob on your server.

You can take a look this blog notification setting https://monosnap.com/file/5FcZzeyi84DZ0OfBama6HHlDrZGNGI and see which option you have enable it.

You can take a look why system notify this user account when the blog post published on the site.
