It seems like the issue was caused by EasyDiscuss and it only happen on replies stream Attached the updated php file and please download this file and copy to JOOMLA/components/com_easydiscuss/helpers' and overwrite the existing easysocial.php file.

The fix will only applied to new stream from ED.

I have a few problems when adding photos, videos and smilies in ED. On the stream in ES they come up like a link, and for the video, it just a big white box when I have embedded a YT in a forum post. I am using ED Beta 2 so it might be the reason that there are some errors.

Update: After I clicked the like button in the forum post, it then show the photo in Activity steam in ES. A bit odd

Regarding your issue, I've fixed at your site. It seems like there is an issue truncating the discussion content when display in EasySocial stream From now on, the stream from ED will not support any html elements except image and smiley.

The fix will be added into next release of EasySocial
