Hi there,

the problem is, that when I write inside code-tag some of the declanations will change into smileys. Is there an easy solution for disabling smileys only for code area?

Thx and best regards,
Steve
Hello Steve Kraft,

Unfortunately that was no easy way to disable it.
but what my suggestion is you can use another editor like JCE editor, TinyMCE.
Hope this help.

Hi Arlex,

I'm a fan of realy thin joomla installations and jce is one of the components that blows everyting up to much (for me) and other reasons I don't like another aditional editor. But nevertheless I'll give it a try : )

By the way, this is the line:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:pipelight/stable

*ppa: pipelight (without space) and here you can see, that colon and "p" = smiley - is disabled in your editor ...

I'll give you feedback on this after tasting it.

Cheers and thx,
Steve
