Hi,

Please advise what is the problem?
Hey Yubi,

I've tried to access in your Joomla backend Easysocial setting page, but i hitting following error : Error
You are not authorised to view this resource.

Can you assign that user account to have super admin privileges so that I can check from your setting page.

By the way, can you check with your Easyblog/Easysocial/blog app is it using the latest version?

Hi Arlex,

I have provided "Super User" role to that account. Please retry.

It's running on Easysocial 1.4.4.

Please advise.

Thanks

hey Yubi,

Thanks for getting back to us, that was the issue if your current Easysocial is not latest version.

May i know do you have do any customization from your Easysocial site? Because I would like to help you update to Easysocial latest version.

If yes, can you temporary do a backup for your customization first before I do update?

Hi Arlex,

I have just some functionalities confirmation questions below:

1. In Easysocial Private/Closed group, if a member publish a blog post from the Group, is the viewing rights of that blog post automatically be restricted to the Group members only?

2. How is the above configured?

Thanks

Hey Yubi,

1. In Easysocial Private/Closed group, if a member publish a blog post from the Group, is the viewing rights of that blog post automatically be restricted to the Group members only?

Currently that was not possible yet, but we will see if we can implement this in the future release.
