Do you mean the user's can't see the button in the e-mail or the users can't see the button on the group page? Also, how can we reproduce this issue? Which device are you testing on and which browser are you using?

I mean the users can't see the buttons to accept or reject for the invitation request on a group.

This append only using mobile devices on vortex theme (my prefeerred) but if i set wireframe the problem disappear

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

By default it will not render the group mini header on mobile view, but in this situation I believe that is bug is because those user which get invited from someone, that user unable to accept or reject the invitation.

I will report this to our developer regarding this, to temporary fix, you have to download my attached file and replace into this following file location and it should appear that mini header on the mobile view now.

There's another bug... i have problems with closed groups

When userA create a closed group, administrator have to approve it; ok!

one approved userB find this group and send a request of membership at moderator;

user A recive the userB's request but i cant find any button to approve it like a member of this group.

where is possibile to do this? directly in front end ? or by mail ? i can't find any solution

it seems like that was styling issue, I've applied following css into your /public_html/templates/jsn_shine_pro/html/com_easysocial/css/custom.css and see how it goes?

Thanks Errico getting back to us, since you didn't provide us this following info so I have created a new test group from your site, then login as another new member requested to join the group, you can check my attached screenshot below. it show correctly for me.

That button only appear if you are the site superadmin, group owner or group admin.

The site now is offline but I actived it one moment for this test, please see the attachment

test68 request to enter on a group but test5 can't approve him. Only work correctly if the user is an admin (like mark).
Registered user can't approve on their groups.

After checked again, it seems like system required to enabled this "Report submit" permission from the user profile type in order to show that approve option, you can check my attached screenshot below.

Can you give it a check again is it that button show up now?
