Smart Search Generated URLs to User Profiles give 404 errors

If you go to the following URL:

https://www.drcarney.com/search?q=elizabeth

And click on the name from the Smart Search results you will see that it takes you to a 404 error page.

If you click on the link to the profile then it works just fine.

I thought you would want to see this.

I've fix this issue in the file:
JoomlaFolder/plugins/system/easysocialurl/easysocialurl.php
Can you please give it a try ?

Hi Sean Carney,

I've replicate this issue locally, seems like there is a bug regarding this. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developers will take an action for this
