Hello. I just cleared Smart Search index and reindexed site again...
Seems I have 2 related issues with smart serach and "ES Smart searsch module".

1) navigate to "All albums page": https://crimson-land.ru/photos
2) copy any albym's title (full text)
3) paste album's title in "ES Smart searsch module".
4) wait dor results...

Result 1 (bad):
search result display 1 result in Cyrillic (WHY?): https://crimson-land.ru/photos/9414-авиамеханика-засосало-в-двигатель-самолета
but original album has link in Latin (as expected): https://crimson-land.ru/photos/9414-aviamekhanika-zasosalo-v-dvigatel-samoleta

Result 2 (bad + dublicate):
step 1) edit album
2) do not change anything (thumb, title or description). Or change Thumb (albums cover for test).
3) just reSave album.
5) copy this albym's title (full text)
6) paste album's title in "ES Smart searsch module".
7) wait dor results...

search for "Двоих воров убили и привязали к столбу".
search result display 2 result: one on Cyrillic (WHY?) - with old album cover https://crimson-land.ru/photos/9428-двоих-воров-убили-и-привязали-к-столбу
and second in Latin with new album cover https://crimson-land.ru/photos/9428-dvoikh-vorov-ubili-i-privyazali-k-stolbu

So:
1) after indexing system keep links in Cyrillic (but should in Latin).
2) after editing album, system still keep old version of album Cyrillic link (with old thumb).
