I am sorry for the late reply for this. Regarding your inquiries, unfortunately there is no setting to do that currently . For the decrease the size of the easysocial main avatars, where is exactly are you referring? Is it on the main profile?(refer this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/meL1YvKo4). If yes, you try can customize it on
