As you can see in the attachment of the notification of the text font of a new comment it is much smaller after I upgraded to iOS 10, can you help?

Hm, I don't really get this because the font looks the same size for me. You could however always modify the theme files in /components/com_komento/themes/wireframe/emails/ to suit your font size needs
