Slow (or impossibility) page loading after sending replication

Hi, I know that it takes a very long time after clicking on "reply" before the page with the new message is reloaded.
Indeed, often you have to update the page manually, through the appropriate functionality of the browser.
Is there a way to make the procedure faster?

Can I have the permission to do some replies on your site for testing? If yes, which post can we do for it?

May I know how long does it take to show the reply message after you clicked on the 'reply' or you must reload the page then you will able to see the reply message?

It would be the best that you can provide us your FTP's access by editing your first post for troubleshooting if needed.

What was the fix for this? I'm seeing it myself at the moment...all extensions and EasyDiscuss up to date.

Hello Chris,

The original thread poster did not get back to us so we have no idea what went wrong or how it was resolved and neither were we able to troubleshoot the issue.

If you are experiencing similar issue, is it possible for you to start a new ticket and provide us with the access to the site so that we can check?
