I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
If you're using the TINY-MCE EDITOR, then you have to remove the iframe from Prohibited Elements in your tiny-mce plugin.
If you're using the JCE-EDITOR, then you have to enable this option from your backend >JCE-editor >Edit profile > default > plugin parameter tab > Media support tab > Allow Iframe - YES ( http://screencast.com/t/J3LB3bhwCr )
