Hi Team,

Thank you for the new update that includes Skrill as a payment gateway. That allowed me to upgrade from the version 3.6 to the 4. Excellent job, this new version is relay awesome. And the most important, the register time has been speed up a lot, from 15 seconds to 3 seconds.

However, the Skrill payment has a small bug. The amount charged is not correct. It doubles the amount. A recurring subscription that costs 29 EUR for instance will charge 58 EUR (29 as a unique payment and 29 for the recurring month). It appears for all our recurring plans, fixed plans are ok. Please find attached an example.

Thank you for providing us with site details. I am able to login but not able to access menus expect Dashbaord.
It seems that you have applied permission to view other backend pages.

You are not authorised to view this resource.


Can you provide me the access , so i can check this issue further.

Hey Jerome,

Ok, Now i am able to access the site. I've tried to replicate this issue at my local but unable to replicate this. Seems this issue is coming with live account only.

To resolve this recurring amount issue , please find attached file and replace with below mentioned file path.
root\plugins\payplans\skrill\app\tmpl\form.php

After updating the file, please take a look again on this issue and update us if still issue persist.

Yes, it works, thank you very much,

However, I have tested a discount code with Skrill. It works for "recurring subscription" discount type, but not for "Initial purchase" type.

For "initial purchase" type, it will apply the coupon to all the future recurring payments instead of just the first one.

Thank you for updating us on this. It sounds good that your issue has been resolved now.
We will add this fix into our upcoming release also.

For "initial purchase" type, it will apply the coupon to all the future recurring payments instead of just the first one.

Let me explain , whenever initial purchase discount applied on recurring plan then plan plan will be converted to Recurring + Trial , where trial plan be discounted prices and other amount will be charged regular. But Skrill don't support Recurring + Trial plans, it only support Fixed and Recurring Plan , so Initial Purchase Discount will not work in that case.

Initial Discount will work for recurring plan only if Payment method support Recurring + Trial Plans also. As Skrill Don't support Trial then discount will be applied for all further recurring payments. So you can't use Initial Purchase Discount with Skrill payment method.
