I can see plugins in Extensions - plugins.
But in Components - payplans - Apps, I cant see Parent child and Advanced priding. Is it bug or not? Where can I edit these addons?

Hello Jan,

It's not bug. Advance pricing app will create new tab on payplans menus and parent child app will shown on plan edit screen.
See attached screen shot.
