I've created a feature request here : http://stackideas.com/voices/item/290, but I realize this is more a tweak request than a full feature one.

Basically, once you deactivated the need of "accepting the terms and conditions" it would be nice to skip the confirmation popup on the front end during installation of an app.

Thanks for the heads up on this. By the way, one of the main reason that we created the voices page is so that you don't have to post in the forums but it looks like people have been posting in the voices area and also in the forums again and this is causing double work for us and yourself rather than solving the problems

Yep, ideally everything should be on voices as only then we can build a proper workflow of:

User suggestions > Issue tracker > Release
